We accept returns or exchanges on all inventoried merchandise. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective. The return shipping cost will
be paid by Mavich Branding Group if the item is being returned/exchanged as a result of our error. Please see the policy bullet points below:
Returns or Exchanges related to sizing or any issue outside of our control must be within 30 days upon delivery date.
If items have been worn or washed, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
Returns or Exchanges for damaged or defective merchandise must be within 30 days upon delivery date.
